  • Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Shipping (Within India): We offer free shipping on all orders in pan India. 
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. Any customs duties or taxes applicable will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within India are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times may vary from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our logistics partner's website.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Delayed Delivery: While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors such as weather conditions or customs clearance may cause delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will provide you with an update.
  • Incorrect Address: Shoppers Bazaar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

7. Non-Deliverable Locations

We currently ship to most locations within India and select international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you at the time of order placement.
